Communication and Payment Made Easy
At iTrust Wellness Group, we value our relationship with our clients, and we want to do what we can to streamline services in-between scheduled appointments. Our goal is to formulate a safe and effective treatment plan to get you or your loved one back to a healthy, full quality of life. Safety, comfortability, and effectiveness are our top priorities. As such, we are excited to announce that we have enabled an onpatient portal to streamline insurance payments and communication. The following is now accessible to our current clients:
PAYMENT: The option is now available for you to make payments online! Simply upload any credit, debit, or HSA card as prompted and make payments toward the account balance, which will be reflected appropriately. This reduces the phone calls you have to make and allows you to make payments at any time throughout the day.
COMMUNICATION: You can easily pass along questions or messages to the provider through the portal. If you have a question, the provider will be able to answer in an efficient manner, and a member of our staff will reach out to you to pass along their response. Please give our staff 24-48 to respond to any questions. If this is an urgent matter, please contact the residential facility where your loved one is staying.
