The iTrust Wellness Group strives to provide the highest quality mental health care to our clients in Greenville, SC. Our treatment model is based on wellness. Instead of only focusing on specific symptom relief, iTrust Wellness Group's psychiatric nurse practitioners and mental health specialists seek to improve intellectual, spiritual, emotional, occupational, physical, and social facets of our client's life. Our clinical staff specializes in psychiatry and integrates medication management within our appointments. We treat people from all facets of life, including commercially insured clientele, Medicaid insured, and uninsured. We desire to bring psychiatric and mental health care to everyone, not just a few who can afford it.

Our office strives to be as 'paperless' as possible. All of our clinical notes, forms, and admission packets are completed on a computer to ensure the highest level of security and organization. 

Our Team

Steven Krozer

Originally from Connecticut, Steve found his way to South Carolina after biking across the country for a mental health charity. He completed his education at Vanderbilt University and is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority. He is qualified to work with clients of any age and specializes in psychiatric medication management and integrated therapy. Steve founded iTrust Wellness Group in the hopes of creating an office that helps clients find relief, hope, and knowledge for both present and future. His passion for mental health has spurred him to pursue innovative technologies and solutions in the course of developing care for each individual. Steve is dedicated to formulating an evidence-based treatment plan that leads to holistic well-being for each client, improving both symptoms and lifestyles.

Steve has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as local community mental health centers. He has had the opportunity to present educational material for students and professionals alike, including engagements at Anderson University and the University of South Carolina. He regularly works closely with psychiatric nurse practitioner students for resident teaching and provision of clinical experience, coming alongside them to both facilitate learning and encourage growth. His love of the outdoors frequently leads him to hiking and biking trips to exercise both mind and body. He enjoys any adventure he is presented with, whether it be international or here in Greenville.

Cathleen Crowley-Koschnitzki

Dr. Cathleen Crowley-Koschnitzki moved to Greenville 15 years ago with her family after her husband completed his army career. She is not only certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, but she also maintains certification as a nurse midwife, women’s health nurse practitioner, and a family nurse practitioner. She has a doctorate in nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University and a post master’s certificate in psychiatric mental health from the University of South Carolina. In her 20+ years as a nurse practitioner in physical health settings, she has learned that mental health is essential for overall health. She has spoken locally regionally and nationally on mental health topics including postpartum depression and mental health screening in primary care.  Dr. Crowley is also a graduate level assistant professor, teaching nurse practitioner students. She is also a guest lecturer at local universities. She has a passion for wellness and women’s health including perinatal and postpartum mental health issues.  She serves as the secretary for the South Carolina chapter of Postpartum Support International. Dr. Crowley believes that mental healthcare does not follow preset guidelines, that each patient deserves individualized care tailored to their personal needs and goals.

In her spare time, Dr. Crowley enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Cynthia Baker

Cynthia is passionate about mental health because she sees it as central to healthy individual and social human experience. After several years of psychiatric nursing in the acute inpatient setting, Cynthia completed a Master's degree through the University of South Carolina and is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner.

She believes a "healthy brain generates healthy emotions" and therefore pursues a foundational approach in her practice. This can include medications and supplements directed at brain health promotion and not merely the treatment of symptoms. She recognizes sleep, diet, digestion, hormones, stress, and thought patterns to also be essential issues of mental health. Her goal is to partner with and empower her patients to take control of their lives and achieve their own version of optimal emotional well-being.

Timothy Naumann

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Tim is the oldest of 5 children. After serving in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic, Tim relocated to Greenville, SC, to pursue an education in Nursing. Upon completion of his Bachelors of Nursing at the University of South Carolina Upstate, he continued his education at Walden University to obtain his Masters of Nursing and went on to become a board certified Nurse Practitioner. Tim has a passion for his work and is driven to help clients with behavioral health and psychiatric concerns. Having full prescriptive authority, Tim also strives to intergrate all available modalities to better help his patients, including the use of genetic testing, modern technologies, conventional medications, non-traditional supplements, and other options that are both evidence-based and patient-centered.

Tim is a self-proclaimed History Channel buff and enjoys playing guitar and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and tending to his garden. One of his favorite quotes is "every man dies; not every man truly lives", and he wants to assist all of his patients in enjoying a wonderful, productive, and blessed life.

Melissa Danner - Treating Provider for Assisted Living/Geriatric Communities

Misty Danner is a native of Upstate, South Carolina and currently resides in Travelers Rest. She originally graduated from University of South Carolina Upstate, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she achieved a bachelor’s degree in Biology.  Misty then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, from South University.  While working in the intensive care and medical-surgical units at Prisma Health Upstate: Long term acute care unit, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Adult-Geriatric care, graduating again with honors from Clemson University. Misty is a Board-Certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and is licensed in South Carolina. She has experience working with many of the geriatric care facilities throughout the Upstate. Misty is passionate for the geriatric community and is devoted to providing the best care to support the cognitive and emotional well-being of the aging population. She believes that “the geriatric population has so much value and wisdom to share and that the greatest gift we can give them is to listen”. Misty is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing and The American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry. Misty and her husband, Chris, are proud parents of one beautiful daughter and 3 adorable dogs. She enjoys hiking, biking and cheering on the Clemson tigers in her free time.

Ashley Krozer

As the Community Relations and Business Development Coordinator, Ashley plays an integral role in improving the accessibility and acceptance of seeking mental health care. Ashley has a deep and personal understanding of the iTrust Wellness Group’s mission and uses her voice to normalize the conversation around mental health. Ashley cultivates relationships with individuals, families, and businesses to create a stronger understanding of those in need of psychological and emotional support.  Ashley also aids in the coordination of care through billing, marketing, and general oversight. It is important to Ashley that her interactions with clients give them peace of mind. Through her role, she strives to create solutions and stability for all involved. She enjoys being able to provide someone with a resource that can improve their lives for the better.

Ashley continues to seek opportunities that increase her compassion and knowledge for mental wellness.  She is an active committee member on the Autism Family Education Fund board to help spread understanding about neurological differences. 

Community Relations and Business Development

Grace Hardin

Grace serves as the Referral Coordinator for iTrust Wellness Group. You may hear her voice during the intake process while scheduling initial appointments and assessing how the office can best provide care. Her core philosophy is to come alongside people in a way that accommodates each person’s well-being, expressing respect, thoughtfulness, and compassion to every individual. Her natural empathy draws her to working with people and creating opportunities for them to feel heard and understood. As an outflow of this, she enjoys being in the company of others and strives to connect with each person, remaining mindful of any ongoing situation. Through her role, she hopes to remain an advocate for mental health by listening to and supporting those pursuing personal wellness.  

 

During the weekdays, she can often be found in her office, drinking coffee and talking with clients. Her down time includes hiking, playing with her pets, and creating art in the form of paintings, drawings, and both poetry and prose.

Referral Coordinator; Executive Assistant to CEO

Marie A. Mason

Marie is excited to be a new team member with iTrust Wellness Group, LLC. Marie is originally from Charleston, West Virginia.  She received an associate degree in Community Behavior Health which includes a Youth Development Specialist Rehabilitation Skill Set from Kanawha Valley Community and Technical College.

Marie has more than seventeen years of experience in the mental health field. Prior to joining the iTrust Wellness Group, Marie worked for a diverse range of organizations. She has been employed in the role of Behavioral Health Technician, Behavioral Health Associate, Patient Care Technician, Respite Provider and as Day Habilitation Support Staff in the areas of detox and substance abuse, med psych, geriatrics and physically disabled.  During this time she always took advantage of every opportunity to learn which includes serving as Chairperson for Paradigm Pioneers, Gerontology Club and D.R.U.M.S.  She also initiated the 1st Recovery Walk and A Night Out With the Homeless.

 

In this role, Marie looks forward to continuing to demonstrate the compassion she has for those in need of mental health care.  She is looking forward to continuing her work, learning new techniques and working with the dedicated and knowledgeable team members at iTrust Wellness Group.
